Lynn Gibbs started her dance training at age four and began her teaching career at age sixteen. Growing up in a performing arts studio here in the Atlanta area, she is classically trained in all levels of Ballet/Pointe, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical. Her competition students have made her an award winning choreographer. Other students have followed their dreams and are actively working as instructors and professional dancers throughout the country. Outside of the classroom Lynn has performed in large scale dance productions including the Georgia Games and the 1996 Olympic Opening Ceremonies. She also worked for over a decade in the dancewear industry for Capezio/Ballet Makers, Inc., the United States leading manufacturer of dancewear/footwear. She was the assistant production manager 2007- 2014 for the United Dance Merchants of America (UDMA) Annual Dance Resource and Costume Preview Show. The only trade show in existence for the dance industry. Lynn is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Cumming with her husband Chris and daughter Lauren. She is extremely excited to share her passion for dance and knowledge of the industry with the students at Performers Warehouse.
